Wordless Wednesday with Scott with one change

The poster must post only one(1) photo with settings. No additional verbiage (other than the rules) is allowed.

Commenters (that's you) must comment and guess how the photo associates with the previous(Tuesday's) photo. (Here's the new part!) We will take every commenter and randomly select a winner on the next Friday around noon (no Guarantees on the noon thing ~ we're artist wannabe's after all). The winner will get to be our guest poster on the following Sunday. So if you think you have the answer (or even if you don't) leave a comment, you might just win!

No previous photography experience required. In fact, wannabe's like us, are encouraged. The only criteria; you must be able to take a photo (any camera will do), email said photo, allow 3C1D to publish said photo and follow the rules...

1 guess only per person. All rules strictly enforced with a paddle (Brandi style)!

  1. Kitty's "headshot" to Abe's "headshot". Both heads, different angle (straight on vs profile). Love the city view too Scott!

  2. The penny found heads up it a good luck charm as opposed to the black cat in yesterdays photo. I love seeing the opera house too!

  3. Don't want to say who's right yet but both are great answers! Plus, you're both entered into the pool for guest photographer. I'll run the randomizer tomorrow. Anyone else care to guess? Come on, you know you want to!

  4. I had the same idea as Kristine "bad luck" versus "good luck", though I don't believe in luck. I do however LOVE this photo! Beautiful lighting and cool perspective. Thanks Scott!

  5. I'd go with bad luck vs. good luck, although I'd also say that the preponderance of light plays a great contrast to the darkness of the previous pic.

  6. A penny for your thoughts Scott?

  7. Thanks for all the guesses. I ran the randomizer and Kristine was chosen. For the record, I was thinking good luck/bad luck though I like Saskija's guess too. Congratulations Kristine! Now you just need to email us at and we'll provide you with all the necessary information to post come Sunday (assuming that date works for you - if not we'll find another date). Thanks for playing everyone and tune in again next Wednesday for the next round of guessing.
